Trial Period

Exact Mouse is copyrighted shareware, not freeware. You may use it free of charge for an evaluation period limited to fourteen (14) days only. To continue use of the software, you must purchase a registration code from BitSplash Software.

Purchased Licenses

When a license is purchased, it is valid for use on one computer. If you wish to use Exact Mouse on another computer, you must either remove the software from the original computer or purchase an additional license. Special arrangements, made at the digression of BitSplash Software, may allow purchasing of licenses at a bulk rate or a multiple user license for an entire site. Licenses are non-transferable. BitSplash Software reserves the right to revoke the licence if the user violates its terms.

Redistribution

You may freely redistribute Exact Mouse in its original packaged installer form. Redistribution or resale of registration codes is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of BitSplash Software. If you wish to resell Exact Mouse, you may request a resellership.
